Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Refunds apply if material does not meet agreed specifications and photographic descriptions. Issues must be reported within 7 days. Customized or used items are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

Terms of Service
By placing an order, the customer accepts the invoice specifications and acknowledges the purchase as irrevocable. Responsibility ends once goods leave our godown. All transactions are subject to Howrah, West Bengal jurisdiction. Prices may change without notice and are valid for one month. Payment terms: 100% advance, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
